San Diego Home Market Rebounding

Happy New Year! It looks as though this new year of 2013 is going to start off really well in the housing market. The San Diego home prices are on the uptrend BUT, the inventory is very low and so it is becoming harder and harder to find a really good deal as prices are going up or are selling very close to the asking price. Here are ACTIVE LISTINGS in various zip codes of DETACHED homes:

92129 – Rancho Penasquitos = 24
92128 – Rancho Bernardo = 43
92127 – 4S Ranch/Westwood/Santaluz = 54
